Maintaining
Your Flooring
Since
the Phoenix system is a textured, non-porus epoxy system, all dirt
build up is on the surface. To clean, use hot tap water, clean deck
brushes, and one ounce of germicidal per 5 gallons of hot water.
Other cleaners are available.
Flooring
that receives an optional sealer can be wet mopped vs. brushed.
Pour water on floor and scrub soiled areas. Then rinse area thoroughly
with hot water. Use squeegees or dry, clean mops only.
Some
Things To Avoid
- Avoid using very strong solvents such as MEK, acetone, or methylene
chloride.
- Avoid use of dry steam cleaning.
- Avoid use of strong bleaches, toilet bowl cleaners (Drano) or
acids and alkalines for routine maintenance use.
- Avoid continued use of abrasive materials. They will cause dull
spots.
- Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin when mixing/ installing
product and always avoid any contact with the eyes
