Maintaining Your Flooring

Since the Phoenix system is a textured, non-porus epoxy system, all dirt build up is on the surface. To clean, use hot tap water, clean deck brushes, and one ounce of germicidal per 5 gallons of hot water. Other cleaners are available.

Flooring that receives an optional sealer can be wet mopped vs. brushed. Pour water on floor and scrub soiled areas. Then rinse area thoroughly with hot water. Use squeegees or dry, clean mops only.
